有幼稚園老師
有國小老師
國中老師
高中老師
大學老師
當然還有很多是社會學老師

老師是一個身分
是一個特權
是一個責任
當然很多時候它更是一個魔咒
好像意識到自己是老師以後
人就會質變了
容易用一個等式來表達
老師=改變學生
常常老師都會感歎自己的學生出了學校
就忘了學校的教導
我在想其實老師教得很好
因為老師自己也常常忘記自己在學校所學的一切
而學生其實已經盡力了
常常我們都怪孩子有問題
因為我們需要一隻小羊
一隻黑色的小羊
來支撐搖擺不定的教育體系
我們不會接受或接納孩子做他自己
常常是因為身為老師的我們自己也不接受自己
所以教育這事業此刻就像黃河氾濫一樣
一片污濁
難以行舟
光有善念與愛心尚嫌不足
需要時間跟空間
需要勇氣與堅持
為的是一件事
認清自己作為老師的使命
不只是改變
不只是幫助他們有競爭力
